'Grey's Anatomy': Season 8 Premiere Photos, Part 1

Grey’s Anatomy returns on Thursday, September 22 at 9pm with a two-part episode. The first hour, “Free Falling,” focuses on “the first day of a year that will make or break” the careers of the fifth-year residents.
