Tiffany Evans was born August 4, 1992, one of ten children, in the Bronx. New York. Evans is an up-and-coming actress, singer and musician. In February 2003, on her fourth Star Search appearance, Evans won the Grand Champion title in the junior singer division, making her the only performer on "Star Search" to ever receive perfect five scores on all of her appearances. Evans also competed against fellow singer David Archuleta, famous for becoming the runner-up on American Idol.
After her Star Search win in 2003, Evans signed with Columbia Records began recording her debut album. Evans released her self-titled first album in April of 2008, and is most famous for her first track, the lead single off the album, "Promise Ring," which features her friend, multi-platinum singer Ciara. Another track from the album, a song titled "Girl Gone Wild," was produced by Timbaland and The Clutch, and was included as a part of the compilation The Future of R&B Volume 14.
Evans has landed acting roles since signing her record deal. Tiffany has been featured in an episode of Law and Order SVU (2007), and earned a small role on CBS's "The District" in 2003. Tiffany has also appeared in the 2005 film, Diary of a Mad Black Woman.
Tiffany cites Mariah Carey, Marvin Gaye, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin, and Whitney Houston as her biggest musical influences.
