Patrick Rolfe is a 33-year old chef and expectant father from Seattle, Washington. He is a culinary graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle and currently works as a senior sous chef and cooking instructor in his hometown. His specialties are pastas with fresh sauces, his cooking motto is “Local, local, local, fresh, fresh, fresh” and he can’t live without basil, butter and garlic. His culinary inspiration is Asian fusion and his favorite Food Network chefs are Alton Brown, Mario Batali and Iron Chef Morimoto.
Patrick Rolfe was one of eleven finalists on The Next Food Network Star until his elimination on the first week of competition.
