Michael Morelli is one of the contestants of the second season of The Biggest Loser: Couples. He is a student living with his father. Like his father, he has struggled with his weight since childhood, and doesn’t want to follow the footsteps of his father. He’s tried many diets, but none have successfully kept his weight under control. However, he is active at sports, both as a participant and as an observer. Currently getting ready to enter college with hopes of becoming a surgeon, he is very much aware that excessive weight will be one of his major obstacles in achieving that goal.
He joined the show with his father, Ron Morelli, and was part of the Brown Team, under Bob Harper. When teams were announced, he joined the Black Team, under Jillian Michaels. Currently, he is back to the Brown Team as a single player, training with Jillian Michaels.
