Michaela Conlin got her start in acting at a young age, making her stage debut at six years old. She appeared in several regional productions during her high school years, and decided to pursue an acting career head on while taking up Theater at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City.
During her stay in New York, Conlin appeared in productions for the Atlantic Theater Company. However her big break came when she was featured in The It Factor, a documentary series on struggling actors. She then moved to Los Angeles, where she joined the cast of the short-lived medical series MDs. She was also part of the short-lived series The DA. In 2005, she joined the cast of the Fox series Bones, as sexy team specialist Angela Montenegro.
Conlin has also appeared in several movies, notably the 2006 indie Open Window (alongside Robin Tunney) and 2007's Enchanted.
