A Duke graduate, James Weir received his law degree from Georgetown and moved on to become an associate at a world class NYC law firm. Because of the economic recession, he suffered through a bout of unemployment. He was unable to find another job and instead used his time to do volunteer work around the city.
In 2010, James Weir was chosen as one of the contenders for the NBC reality series The Apprentice. Though he tried his best, he was fired in the third episode because he wasn't respected by his team. Since then, he became an assistant attorney general at the NY Attorney General's office.
