Survivor: Guatemala (Season 11)- 12th voted out
Gary Hogeboom Biography:
Born on August 21, 1958, Michigan native Gary Hogeboom was a quarterback of the Central Michigan University's football team prior to his participation in the NFL. He played with the Dallas Cowboys for six years, the Indianapolis Colts for three years, the Phoenix Cardinals for one year and the Washington Redskins for one year as well. Following his retirement, Hogeboom became a real estate developer and landscaper. He also volunteered his coaching services to the high school's football, basketball, tennis and soccer teams.
Being a team player and a hardworking individual, Hogeboom believed that he was one of the most valuable members of the Yaxha tribe on Survivor: Guatemala. His outdoor skills and athleticism also helped him go quite a long way in the game, as he was the 12th person to be voted off the island because he remained outside his tribe's bigger alliance. At the time of his elimination, Hogeboom was already a member of the merged tribe, Xhakum.
