Fabio Viviani is one of the contestants of the fifth season of the Bravo reality show Top Chef. The 30-year-old is a true-blue Italian, having been born in Florence, where he trained in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine at IPSSAR Saffi. Currently residing in Moorpark, California, he owns and maintains Caf? Firenze, a renowned Italian restaurant in Ventura Country. When he’s not busy promoting healthy eating for children, he works as William Shatner’s private chef.
