Dan Evans is a police captain who wants nothing more than to get his old life back. Ever since he reached more than 200 pounds, he has suffered from sleep apnea and high blood pressure but now looks forward to a healthier lifestyle so he could run and play with his daughter. Together with his brother Don, he joined The Biggest Loser season 11 where he hopes to say goodbye to his sedentary lifestyle for good.
Dan, who initially weighed 287 pounds, was eliminated in the third week of the competition. He returned in the Biggest Loser finale to reveal that he has lost 124 pounds, bringing down his total weight to an impressive 163 pounds.
