Glamour spokesmodel and actress Cynthia Dawn “Cindy” Margolis was born on October 1, 1965 in Los Angeles, California. She is of Jewish heritage. During her years at California State University, Northridge, she produced a number of greeting cards with a picture of her in lingerie for a class project. Agents who got copies of the cards started asking around for her and this became her passport to the modeling world. Cindy Margolis
did advertisements for Reebok, Vidal Sassoon, Coors, Frederick's of Hollywood, Hanes and Sunkist. In 1986, she was Miss Makita Power Tools and in 1996, she did a TV commercial for Sci-Fi Channel.
On TV, she was seen on shows Married with Children, Baywatch, Conan, Pensacola: Wings of Gold and the Hughleys to name a few. Her film credits include Dead Above Ground, Chairman of the Board and Earth Minus Zero. In 1997, Cindy played a Fembot in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
In 2000, she hosted The Cindy Margolis Show, a late night Saturday talk show. In 2006, she joined the NBC reality series Celebrity Cooking Showdown and emerged as the winner with the help of famous chef partner Wolfgang Puck.

r and Celebrity Skin. Her photographs were seen on the covers of Playboy, Celebrity Sleuth, To the MAXX, Muscular Development and Sport.
She is married to Guy Starkman and has three kids named Nicholas Isaac, Sabrina and Sierra. Nicholas was born through in-vitro fertility treatment while the twin girls were born through a surrogate mother.
