From Los Angeles, California, single mom Antonia gained experience in the culinary arts by working for Lee Hefter at Spago restaurant for six years. Afterwards, she took a turn as Executive Chef at the popular L.A. restaurant Foxtail. With her Italian roots, she brings originality and charm to her work. She soon made her way to the Bravo reality series Top Chef, competing in the fourth season of the series. She's been a fan of the show since its premiere and was ecstatic when she became a finalist. Since her elimination, she has continued her work with the French bistro Foxtail while caring for her daughter. She then returned to Top Chef in 2011, competing in its 8th season.
