Has Peter changed his ways?

Over the last several episodes, Peter has really stood by--or stood up for--Alicia. Has he really changed his cheatin' heart or is it an act for the political arena? What do you think?

I like Peter being from Chicago he's a typical Chi-town politician. I think he's a good states attorney and always loved Alicia After the scandal he worked hard to get her back I don't think its fake unfortunately his past from years ago came back to bite him.
