maybe girls in Shounen anime hit guys they like, or hit guys they hate then later fall in love with them. she hasn't hit him in about 115 episodes. give or take a few. also keep in mind that the fillers in this anime ran wild. she rarely hits him at all, not only that, but it is done as a joke, few panels later, he looks unharmed. not sure how far you are in the anime/manga..it's pretty clear to me she is over Sasuke.
