Possession is 9/10 ths of the law N use the camera as evidence showing that the Captain purposely tampered with evidence by covering up the Brand name of the Air freshener N the captains fingerprints are on the evidence If he was smart he would have had the camera men do a NONSTOP continuous shot from the moment he started blaming 1 of the crew members of smoking pot N searched for the evidence There is no-possible way of proving who's the items were Who knows it could of been 1 of the filmmakers!" started typing this because it really upset me. And I was told that he was arrested. But, I did not know that he was actually arrested for a DUI. So I actually thought he was arrested for the items found on the boat. I am so glad that the cop, actually had sense enough, to follow the guidelines throughout his job...
