NBC has decided to cancel not one but two of its new shows at once, while also scheduling two shows for January premieres.

The Blair Underwood drama Ironside and Mike O'Malley sitcom Welcome to the Family have both been canceled after airing just three episodes each. They mark the third and fourth cancellations of the season, following ABC's Lucky 7 and CBS' We Are Men. With The Blacklist and The Michael J. Fox Show already having full-season orders, this makes Sean Saves the World and the yet-to-premiere Dracula NBC's only new shows whose fates are unknown.

Ironside will be replaced by new episodes of Dateline and various music and Saturday Night Live specials Wednesdays at 10pm for the remainder of the year. Meanwhile, Thursdays will feature SNL specials, The Voice and double episodes of Parks and Recreation at the 8pm hour on Thursdays, with new episodes of Parks and Recreation pushed back to 8:30pm (most likely to avoid going head-to-head with The Big Bang Theory).

Aside from these changes for the rest of 2013, NBC was quick to name replacements for the time slots in the new year. Chicago PD, the Chicago Fire spin-off, will take over Wednesdays at 10pm starting January 8. The show will hope to find the same success Chicago Fire had in that time slot last season.

Community will be back for its fifth season in January as well. The new season begins Thursday, January 2 with a full hour at 8pm. Then, starting on January 9, it will stay at 8pm, with Parks and Recreation at 9pm, Sean Saves the World at 9pm and The Michael J. Fox Show at 9:30pm. The January 9 episode of Parks and Recreation will be its 100th episode.

Here's a quick rundown of what to see in these open time slots Wednesdays at 10pm and Thursdays at 8pm on NBC:
