Last week we saw the sixth season premiere of
Two and a Half Men, which stars
Charlie Sheen as the bachelor whose life turns upside down when his newly separated brother Alan (
Jon Cryer) and his son Jake (
Angus T. Jones) move into his pad. The premiere followed Charlie as he encountered a former lover whose son looks a lot like him. He soon got worked up by the possibility that the kid was his, considering that he saw himself as the most eligible bachelor in Malibu.
Tonight, the fun continues with Episode 6.02, titled “Forty Dollars.”
Fans will get another fun night of laughter as Charlie borrows money from Alan on the day he is supposed to pay him back. Alan asks Charlie for the money, but finds his brother in bed with a beautiful woman instead. Charlie pushes Alan away and promises to get the money for him later in the day. The woman then asks Charlie if he is really broke and he replies by telling her not to worry and that he has enough hooker money.
Fans will also look forward to the guest appearance of Janeane Garofalo, who was recently cast on
24, to appear in
Two and a Half Men. Earlier this month, TV Guide reported that Garofalo will be playing a love interest for Alan. Moreover,
ER alum Ming Wen will also be playing a part in the series, where she will appear in a multiple episode arc as a judge who seems to be way out of Charlie’s league.
Meanwhile, in other news, Two and a Half Men star Holland Taylor, who plays Charlie’s mother on screen, recently showed her support for expecting father Charlie Sheen, whose wife Brooke Mueller is in her first trimester.
“I’m very proud of [Charlie Sheen],” Taylor told People. “I think he’s really enjoying fatherhood and it's really deepened his life and his commitment to life.”
As far as fans are concerned, Sheen is truly committed to the show, which he has starred in since its debut in 2003. Catch more of Sheen on CBS’
Two and a Half Men tonight at 9pm.
