HBO, riding high on the ratings success of Game of Thrones, recently renewed two big comedies and released a new trailer for the final season of its longest-running drama.

True Blood is available on Amazon Prime.

The network has officially renewed Emmy-winning Veep and the freshman comedy Silicon Valley. Both are currently airing after Game of Thrones. Veep will be back for a fourth season while the renewal ensures a second season for newbie Silicon Valley.

In addition, HBO has released the first trailer for the seventh and final season of True Blood. It promises an epic clash between the residents of Bon Temps and the sick vampires which invaded at the end of season 6 like deadlier zombies. And, in a storyline that seems to echo New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, there is very little help from the outside world, leaving the characters we've come to love all alone in this new battle.

Silicon Valley
and Veep air Sundays at 10[m and 10:30pm. True Blood's final season begins Sunday, June 22 at 9pm following the end of Game of Thrones season 4.
