Nimma is one of the few
Top Chef contestants who are not based in New York. A native of Peachtree City, Georgia, this 26-year-old woman graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Nimma claims that her favorite thing to do is preparing and cooking pasta. The most essential ingredients for her are salt, pepper, green tea, coffee and butter. She says those are the things she can't be without, that's why she always have them on hand. Nimma currently resides in Atlanta where she also works as a cook for the well-known restaurant Repast.
Nimma is a contestant for Top Chef Season 4.
