-Reality From the Producers of Project Runway, Top Chef is a competitive reality show on Bravo that pits chefs from around the country against each other in weekly challenges. Hosted by Padma Lakshmi, Top Chef sees the up and coming chefs evaluated (and eliminated) by expert judges. The chef that's left standing at the end of the season wins $100,000 and a feature in Food and Wine magazine.

Biography

Josie Smith-Malave is a 31-year old Sous Chef of Marlow and Sons in New York City. She comes from Miami, Florida and is currently residing in Brooklyn. She is a member of the NY Sharks women's professional football team and is aggressive in the kitchen as she is on the field.

She became part of the reality cooking contest Top Chef Season 2 as one of the contestants. Her loud but cheery personality stirred up the competition even more.

Josie became the 4th chef eliminated during Episode 5 .
