Josie Smith-Malave is a 31-year old Sous Chef of Marlow and Sons in New York City. She comes from Miami, Florida and is currently residing in Brooklyn. She is a member of the NY Sharks women's professional football team and is aggressive in the kitchen as she is on the field. She became part of the reality cooking contest Top Chef Season 2 as one of the contestants. Her loud but cheery personality stirred up the competition even more. Josie became the 4th chef eliminated during Episode 5.
