) that regardless of how upset Victor is about Victoria's condition, he needs to clear his name with the ethics committee and erase suspicion that he killed Ji Min (Eric Steinberg
). After Ben persuaded Jack to let him expose the tape of Ji Min and Victor's secret conversation, Maggie (Tammy Lauren) revealed to Paul (Doug Davidson
) that she received a tape that may be enough evidence to issue a search warrant for Victor.

Following the exposure of the controversial tape that may possibly incriminate Victor, police arrive at Victor's home with a search warrant. But while Victor gets furious with the dilemma he is facing, Jack deals with his own share of problems as his enemies testify at his Senate hearing, given that Gloria (Judith Chapman
) has uncovered damaging evidence against him.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott
) calls it quits with David (Vincent Irizarry
) and eventually moves back into the Newman Ranch to be near Victoria whose blood pressure could still be elevated for weeks, according to Dr. Webb. But as Nikki deals with her daughter's condition, she also has to tolerate living under the same roof as Victor.
Meanwhile, Brad (Don Diamont
) and J.T. (Thad Luckinbill
) hold vigil over Victoria's baby.
