Actor Robert Wisdom was born in Washington, D.C. on September 14, 1953. He appeared in the film Freedom Writers, which stars Hilary Swank and Imelda Staunton. Robert is currently starring in HBO's critically-acclaimed police drama, The Wire. Howard "Bunny" Colvin is the Western District major in the Baltimore Police Department who is on the verge of retirement. When the high ranks of the department commanded to their district supervisors that they should enforce measures to decrease the city's crime rate, Howard came up with an effective but very radical gameplan, which is to legalize drugs in his district. The plan, unfortunately, cost him his career. Despite that, he was instrumental in getting drug lord Avon Barksdale arrested.
