Anyone seeing swiveling red chairs, big red buttons and Blake Shelton in their sleep? Just me? Oh.
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.
Well, I just know there's a weekend to get through before "THE BEST SEASON EVER" (courtesy of Carson Daly) of The Voice
kicks off Monday. Here are some clips, videos and interviews, to give you the scoop and get you even more excited for the new season.
Blake's Time to Lose?
See how badly Adam wants Blake to lose this season:
No matter the season, these coaches are competitive. As much as they'd love for the show to discover the next hot thing, they want that to happen by their mentorship. Combine that with the fact Blake Shelton has produced not one, not two, but the THREE straight winners, it's time for a new coach to gloat.
It's Great to Have Cee Lo and Christina Back
Carson sat down with the four coaches, and they discussed why it's great to have the old gang back. Check it out:
Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green did The Voice a huge favor by not returning last spring because it felt fresh (even before it felt like it was getting stale).
While Shakira and Usher did an admirable job filling in their red chairs, we agree with Adam when he says he missed Cee Lo's flair and unpredictability. Although he couldn't give an actual good reason why he missed Christina (he said she kept him in line), there's no denying the chemistry she adds to the group.
Life Off Stage Is A Big Party
For what it's like once the cameras stop rolling, check out this clip with Carson:
Carson reveals what life is like behind the stage and away from the cameras. Adam is barely in his trailer therefore his is the cleanest. Carson has his children around a majority of the time so his is the messiest. Cee Lo's depends on whether any animals are around and Christina's is kept clean.
There's also a great story about Carson's family and Blake and his wife, Miranda Lambert, drinking together.
We Know What Blake Did Last Summer
Blake and Carson's budding romance continued to build this past summer. Alcohol is involved. See what Blake has to say:
Well, nothing about this video is too surprising. Blake Shelton drinks? He built a bar? TWe're shocked he didn't have a bar already. But what I'm gathering most about these videos is that Carson is giving Adam a run for his money in the bromance with Blake department.
Whew, Adam has not been replaced. Repeat: Adam has not been replaced! You can see for yourself:
They should have a reality show together. Seriously. This video is great until it's ruined by Carson Daly. He's the last text Blake sent to Adam? I'm judging.
Refreshed and Ready to Go
In this final clip, Christina and Cee Lo sit down together to talk about why stepping back was the right decision for them.
Christina speaks rather eloquently about why she felt she needed to step away. But it's not like she was at home with her feet propped up and watching last season like us viewers. She traveled to Tokyo and Africa in humanitarian efforts. These trips, in turn, also recharged her creative batteries where she can now bring a new perspective to her job.
Cee Lo, meanwhile, was on tour, and it's great to see that Christina even came out one night to one of his shows and supported her friend in the front row.
