Guess what? Somebody wants Elena dead! Again...
For whatever reason -- they seem to have so very many -- the Original siblings appear ready to kill Elena Gilbert one more time. Did they find out about their mother's death curse? Is Rebekah getting the revenge she wants? Or is this just your standard Vampire Diaries attempted-bloodshed?
Two videos from "All My Children" (The Vampire Diaries season 3, episode 15) might give us a clue.
It really does look like this will be a terrible episode for Elena. First of all, she gets to find out about that little crazy-vampire-sex thing that Damon had with Rebekah. Never good. And then no one agrees with her about what to do with the Originals and their issues. Perhaps the others pay for this disagreement, because Elijah and the other Originals end up giving Damon and Stefan an ultimatum -- where the price is Elena's life.
Meanwhile, Bonnie and Abby have to take part in a ritual to appease some nature spirits, and Alaric and Meredith get drawn into the craziness.

- Are those the anti-vampire caves that Elena is running through?
- What will Bonnie do to help Stefan this time? She seems to help him a lot.
- The Originals need the help of the Salvatores? Interesting. But not likely to end well.
- You know that Rebekah is totally pissed when she douses an enemy in gasoline (and lights a match) instead of just eating her.
The second video gives us a minute with the Salvatores in "All My Children."
I'm pretty sure that there's some scheming going on in this scene. But it's awfully hard to notice, what with all the brotherly squabbling and Elena-driven angst of the scene. Damon really is angry at Elena, isn't he? And Stefan still doesn't want to be interested.
Will none of these
Vampire Diaries kids ever find happiness? Probably not.
