On tonight's episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager, a secret of Grace's (Megan Park) will be revealed, while Amy (Shailene Woodley) will try to find a way to tag along with Ben (Kenny Baumann) on his trip. She also starts learning Italian for Rome, while Ashley questions why she's bent on bringing baby John to Italy, reasoning that her nephew is too young to know what's going on around him anyway. Amy, meanwhile, says she wants her son to be "exposed" to other cultures as early as possible. In the end, she tells Ashley to go with Ben, her, and John to Italy to get away from everything. Ashley considers the idea and even asks her father George (Mark Derwin) to come along.
Elsewhere, Adrian (Francia Raisa) and Ricky (Daren Kagasoff) are concerned about getting more privacy, so she talks to her mother about getting a new house. This, somehow, leads to a discussion of whether or not her mom was having sex with Reuben and if so, is she pregnant (which she denies).
Back to Ben. Both Alice and Henry ask him if they could come along to Italy, to which Ben says no because Amy going with him is already too much. When he gets home, all the ruckus about Italy has him thinking whether or not he should even go there to begin with. Later, he tells Betty that while he loves Amy, he wants to go alone so that he can concentrate on work. This is followed by some talk about what Bologna, Italy is known for, and Amy might not be too happy to find out what it is.
