Watch Real World: Denver Episodes Online
MTV has posted the first five episodes of Real World: Denver on their website, giving fans the opportunity to catch up on any of the action they've missed. This whole posting of full episodes online is a new trend this year that's being employed by, seemingly, everyone. It's a good ploy by the networks, allowing them to showcase their websites while providing a convenient service to fans. Oh, and, by the way, you may just want to check out Real World: Denver. It is setting the bar redonculously high in terms of poor behavior and drunken shenanigans. If you thought Real World: Vegas was debaucherous, you haven't seen anything yet. The amount of hooking up, fighting, and all around chaos that has ensued this early in the season is unprecedented in Real World history, which is crazy, because these are the things that the show is known for.
Did the producers knowingly cast an all-crazy house, throw their hands in the air and say, "Well, let's just go for it this season." They had to, right? There's no other explanation. The absurd combination of emotionally unbalanced people in the house this season could not have been random. If this is true, that MTV purposely mixed such combustible ingredients, should they be blamed for the results? Are their any ethical lines that have been breached? Unless there's been obvious tampering by producers to alter behavior, it's all on the cast members, but still, it has gotten ugly. I'm going to keep watching, so it's worked on me, but sometimes it can be a little much. My favorite recent season was Paris, and I think this was in part because of the relative sanity of that cast. Sure, they had their moments, but conflict will occur between seven strangers, no matter how normal they are. We don't necessarily need the madness that's been omnipresent in Denver. -Oscar Dahl, BuddyTV Senior Writer
