The Real World: Hollywood have already been revealed. The cast reportedly include Kimberly Alexander, a 25-year-old aspiring reporter from Columbia, South Carolina, Joey Kovar, a 24-year-old aspiring actor from Evergreen Park, Illinois, David Malinosky, a 22-year-old aspiring actor from Hagerstown, Maryland, Brianna Taylor, a 20-year-old singer from Warminster, Pennsylvania, William Gilbert, a 25-year-old music producer from Oak Park, Michigan, Sarah Ralston, a 21-year-old aspiring reporter, and last but not the least, Greg Halstead, a 20-year-old model from Queens, New York.
Ever since the names of these entertainment industry types, who could best take advantage of the return to Los Angeles to forward their career goals, have been leaked to the public, fans of
The Real World have been eagerly waiting to find out what's in store for the upcoming 20th season. Unfortunately, casting changes have already started, which means fans will soon have to say goodbye to some of the participants knowing that they won't be sticking around for the rest of the new season.

In a surprising move, Greg Halstead, who competed and won in last year's online auditions as the seventh cast member of
The Real World: Hollywood, has reportedly left the show. As of this moment, there is no official word yet on why he is no longer a participant to the reality series, but word is that he was kicked off the show after he missed a performance to attend a runway show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Many speculate that he was fired by ioWest, a local comedy troupe in Hollywood, after he failed to appear on the show, and has since been replaced.
Subsequently, another
Real World cast member left the show in the form of Joey Kovar.
The two original cast members have now been replaced with Nick Brown, a 23-year-old model from New Rochelle, New York, and Brittini Sherrod, a 22-year-old model from Janesville, Wisconsin.
