Jo De La Rosa found love in Slade Smiley, who served as her entrance into the Coto lifestyle as featured on the reality TV series The Real Housewives of Orange County.  Despite having all of her financial needs taken care of, she still had trouble adjusting to the traditional housewife role so she left the gated community. Because of this, Smiley ended their romantic relationship.  However, their split wasn't at all bitter as he now serves as her manager as she attempts to find love once again.

Date My Ex: Jo & Slade, Bravo's new dating competition series, follows De La Rosa as she leaves Orange County behind in search for love and adventure in Los Angeles, where she has moved to pursue a singing career.  Since splitting with her ex, she has enjoyed her single life, which is quite different to her Real Housewives days with Smiley in Orange County.  In fact, she has already recorded her debut single, "You Can't Control Me."

Ironically, the former Real Housewives star will be tapping into the dating pool with the help of none other than her ex, Smiley.  Each episode of Date My Ex: Jo & Slade will follow De La Rosa on a series of dates that have been set up by her close friends, Myia Ingoldsby and Katy Metz.  But just like any other reality dating series, there's a twist.  The men must all live with Smiley, who has also moved to Los Angeles and remains De La Rosa's closest confidante.

After their dates with De La Rosa, Smiley will interrogate the guys and give his sentiments on which ones he considers most suitable for his ex.  Additionally, he will put them in challenges in an attempt to find out which ones are there for the right reasons.  De La Rosa, on the other hand, will pick one suitor from each episode that will move forward to the next round and in the end, narrowing the choices down to that special someone.

Fans can catch Date My Ex: Jo & Slade on Monday, July 21 at 10pm ET/PT on Bravo.
