Season 3 of The Rachel Zoe Project will be major. It will be everything. You will die. At least that's how team Zoe would describe it. In addition to the ever-expanding Zoe lexicon, there will be plenty of drama happening this season. Beginning with Taylor Jacobson getting the boot.

Jacobson, Zoe's former styling associate and Brad Goreski's diva nemesis, probably won't be missed around the office too much. Least of all by Goreski who will be enjoying a shiny new job title in seaon 3. Check out this clip where details of Taylor's departure--and Brad's promotion--is announced to the group:

Zoe, a petite powerhouse with a big mane and an even bigger celebrity client list (she's styled everyone from Keira Knightly to Eva Mendes), will continue putting rich people in pretty clothes while trying to balance her personal life. Scratch that. She doesn't really have time for a personal life. The past two seasons taught us that much. Zoe has never been afraid of biting off more than she can chew, but this clip from season 3 shows us one thing she is most definitely afraid of. And no, it's not Demi Moore:

In addition to firings, promotions, oversized chairs, and rodents, there's also some hinting of a little Zoe in the future. Somehow I have a hard time picturing Zoe in the role of "mommy;" cue visual image of Zoe bursting into tears and screaming "I die!--and not in the good way--when new baby Zoe barfs all over her Chanel wedges. Clearly this thought isn't keeping Zoe's husband Roger Berman up at night. Witness him threatening to tie Zoe to a bed so they can mate:

The Rachel Zoe Project premieres tonight at 10 on Bravo.
