The war gets more dangerous as Klaus makes a move on Marcel's secret weapon, Davina, on this week's The Originals. The "Girl in New Orleans" leaves her attic prison and heads into town. Will Klaus be able to turn her against Marcel? Maybe, but it won't be easy.

Klaus and Cami
These two are an intriguing couple. It's not romantic ... yet. She knows he's a vampire, yet she willingly helps him with his plans. She's vervain-free, which allows Klaus to use compulsion whenever, for whatever reason whether she wants him to or not.
In "Girl in New Orleans," their relationship grows. His interest in her expands beyond wanting to use her for information on Marcel.
Check out a sneak peek into their relationship.
A pivotal moment in Cami's past which haunts her is revealed. Klaus helps her deal with it and promises to help her get answers, but it may not be in the way that she would have wanted. This new reveal opens up an intriguing mystery in New Orleans.
Davina's a Power Witch, but She's Also Just a Teenager
Tired of being locked in the attic, Davina asks Marcel to let her attend the Dauphine Street Music Festival and he begrudingly allows her to go. He asks Cami to attend with her, while his people look after them.
Being a teenager, Davina does a very teenage girl thing, but that leads to trouble. She ends up facing off with Klaus (see "Girl in New Orleans" episode photos
). Will the powerful teenage witch win? Or, will Klaus find a way to beat her?
Hayley's in Danger
The witches agreed to protect Hayley, but are they all on the same page? That comes into question during "Girl in New Orleans." Hayley's put into danger, but what does it mean. Who is protecting her? And, who is out to hurt her? Meanwhile, the relationship between Hayley and Rebekah is solidified.
Klaus' Road to Redemption?
Klaus has long been characterized as an evil man. He's killed many innocents, threatened others including Katherine and Tyler, and even Caroline -- who he treated reasonably well -- questioned his motives.
With his move to New Orleans, he's starting to believe that he can be a better man. His desire to help the pregnant Hayley and the captured Davina make him question himself. He asks Cami, "Does that sound evil to you?"
During the episode, this idea of a better Klaus is brought up again. It's an important issue for the series, is Klaus redeemable?
Check out a clip that introduces Klaus' beliefs.
The Originals airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on the CW.
