Born on April 18, 1976 in Essex, Sean Maguire appeared on the British soap EastEnders as Aidan Brosnan. Shortly, he took the lead role on the drama series Dangerfield as Marty Dangerfield. His other acting credits included Holby City, Sunburn, A Kiss Before Dying, Third Wish, and A Voyage Round My Father. In addition, he has also launched several top charting singles and albums.

Playing Kyle Lendo allows Maguire to portray an openly gay character. His inclusion to The Class makes him one of the eye candies of the popular sitcom. A darling of the crowd, he easily captures the hearts of spectators and transforms them into hardcore fans.
