The Cheetah Girls: Adrienne Bailon's Naked Photo Scandal Was Faked
And the award for the most worthless human being goes to….

…Jonathan Jaxson, the friend of Adrienne Bailon who advised her to sex up her image by pretending that nude photos of her were stolen from her laptop.

We reported earlier this week that Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon was purportedly extorted out of $1000 for her stolen laptop, but that semi-nude photos from the computer's hard drive still ended up being circulating around cyberspace.

Well, we learned today that the whole thing was a scheme cooked up by long-time Hollywood publicist Jonathan Jaxson. Posing as Bailon's spokesperson, he issued a statement to TMZ about the laptop theft and that Bailon's camp would be pursuing legal action against the person who circulated the photos. According to an interview on a CBS affiliate station in Atlanta, however, Jaxson admitted that he wanted to help Bailon “juice up” her image by pretending that nude photos of her were stolen along with her laptop, never imagining that actual nude photos would actual see the light of day.

This slimeball of a man, Jonathan Jaxson, who bears an uncanny resemblance to the villain in The Incredibles, perfectly embodies all the reasons why I hate following celebrity gossip. All the hype surrounding young socialites and celebrities always struck me as being staged, and now, I guess I know for sure that it is. Jaxson doesn't admit this, but I bet he lied when he said that he didn't think that the photos of Bailon would actually get circulated. I bet the S.O.B. took the damn photos himself and then emailed them straight to TMZ. The whole thing is so tawdry, and I feel bad for Bailon that she feels she has to resort to cheap publicity stunts like this.

In the interview with the CBS affiliate, Jaxson assures us that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are still very much a real couple, but you know what? I think his credibility is now completely dead, especially since he also takes credit for single-handedly creating Kim Kardashian's engagement rumors. Also at the very end of the interview segment, if you listen carefully, you can hear him say that, with him around, chances are, Hollywood rumors are staged.
