The Biggest Loser is one of the best feel-good reality shows out there. Contestants over the last few years seem to have maintained their diets and kept the weight off. The final weight loss reveal is one of the biggest payoffs for viewers on television. Despite it success, for season 4, the show is changing things up a bit.

Caroline Rhea. Trainers
Bob Harper and
Kim Lyons will return to train the blue and red teams respectively. However, as was the case last season, on the first episode, more contestants will show up than needed. Those who do not make the blue or red team will be secretly trained as the black team by Jillian Michaels, who left the show last season and has now returned. She will serve as not only trainer but life coach.
This season's contestants include: two brothers, a paramedic, a Hurricane Katrina survivor, and a senior citizen. Throughout the season, each contestant will reveal his or her dream from fitting into an airplane seat to just getting under 300 pounds. To check it out for yourself, a preview of season 4 of

The Biggest Loser will begin with two-hour episodes for the first two weeks before trimming down to 90 minute installments on September 25, all starting at 8pm.
