On The Biggest Loser: Couples
last week, the remaining teams were split into two, and were also split by the way Michael split them. Still, he's safe, and I honestly don't see him going away any sooner. So, might as well work with what you have, right?
That last thought seems to be the theme of tonight's episode. It's work week, and yes, it means everybody will be doing extra work today, as if working out isn't stressful enough. And no, I'm not referring to the challenge, where both teams have to pull a truck. A truck each team. A truck each team! And judging from the photo up there, it's not just any truck, but a cargo truck, with crates that also serve as puzzle pieces.

I'm actually referring to the ranchers' other challenge this week: working at the food bank. Not much, right? But they'll be working at the food bank like they do outside the ranch: in eight-hour shifts. And everyone has to work those eight-hour shifts while also squeezing in a certain amount of exercise time in their schedules. It's a challenge because it's something all of us have a hard time doing. I imagine our usual excuse for not working out goes something like "I'm busy" or "I have too many things to do". It should prove to be more of a challenge for some of them.
And, of course, another person goes home, and another tense weigh-in--what does "tense" mean now, anyway?--in The Biggest Loser: Couples
