Jim , Bill is 40 years old from Long Island, New York. The twins have been described as being extremely close since the day they came together into the world. Bill’s occupation largely involves sales in the medical industry, where a positive and convincing image is vital to success. Apart from his work, he’s married as well, and is helping raise three kids. Together, the brothers have stated that their goal is to avoid becoming "the fat twins."
Standing at 5'8", Bill went from weighing in at 334 pounds to 170 pounds, losing 164 pounds during his time on the show (49.10% of his original weight), and was declared winner of the fourth season of The Biggest Loser.
