While we wait for The Bachelor to kick off its 14th season in January, here's a little piece of fun fact about ABC's newest love searcher. As some of you may know, Jake Pavelka's first foray into the small screen was not as a contestant on the fifth season of The Bachelorette.
Earlier in life, Jake Pavelka did some acting as Jake Landrum. He first appeared in an episode of
Walker: Texas Ranger. Yup, that's the police action drama starring Chuck Norris. A little IMDB search reveals that Jake actually played the young version of Chuck Norris' Cordell Walker. Thanks to
Zap2it.com, we can now look back at Jake's acting debut through an excerpt from the episode "Team Cherokee: Part I," the 15th episode of
Walker: Texas Ranger's seventh season that aired on February 13, 1999.
But Jake's association to Chuck Norris didn't stop at
Walker: Texas Ranger. In 2000, Jake was cast again as the younger version of Norris' character Joshua McCord in the TV feature
The President's Man.
