Frank was raised in Bronx, NY and attended Westchester Community College and graduated from the POHS Institute of Insurance. At 21, he launched his own company that became a multi-million dollar construction firm. He also helped launch a high-tech computer company that can connect remotely to any computer on the internet to fix personal computers.

He is a contestant on The Apprentice Season 6 where he says, "I should be the next Apprentice because I possess the confidence to rise to any occasion and my charismatic personality allows me to handle any situation with ease."
