Viewers who are eagerly awaiting FOX's upcoming series, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, have one more thing to look forward to.  On January 13, the day of the premiere, two of the show's stars are expected to appear as guests at the Los Angeles Comic Book and Science Fiction Convention.

The two stars attending the afternoon event are none other than Summer Glau and Thomas Dekker.  Glau appears on the series as Cameron Phillips, a terminator assigned to protect Thomas Dekker's character, 15-year-old John Connor.  Glau was most recently seen on television as River Tam in Joss Whedon's short-lived series Firefly, while Dekker played Claire Bennett's (Hayden Panettiere) friend in the first season of NBC's Heroes.

Summer Glau and Thomas Dekker will be joined on stage by consulting producer James Middleton.  The three will talk about the making of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, a series that serves as a continuation of the Terminator mythology.  After the discussion, an autograph session will be held, although attendees can expect it to last for only half an hour.  Convention organizers are estimating that around 50-100 people will be able to avail of autographs in the short period of time, and those who have Premium Numbered Admission Tickets will be able to go first.

Attendees will be given free Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles dog-tag key chains.

The Los Angeles Comic Book and Science Fiction Convention has previously hosted events in honor of the Terminator film series. The first was in 1984, the year writer/director James Cameron dropped by to discuss the making of the film.  When the sequel was released, the convention screened a 35mm print of the film, as well as a 35mm print of AKIRA.  In 2003, Terminator star and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared with costars Kristanna Loken and Nick Stahl, and Director Jonathan Mostow and Effects Creator Stan Winston to promote Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.

FOX's Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will premiere on January 13 and 14 at 8pm and 9pm, respectively.  Aside from Summer Glau and Thomas Dekker, the series also stars Lena Headey as Sarah Connor and Richard T. Jones as James Ellison.
