Scott and the gang are poised to come back for another exciting summer of werewolf-y goodness. MTV has revealed that the third season of the hit drama Teen Wolf will premiere Monday, June 3 at 10pm.

Teen Wolf season 3 begins four months after the end of season 2 as the kids are getting over the near-death of Jackson and the resurrection of Peter Hale. It's also the start of the junior year of high school for Scott, Stiles, Allison and Lydia.

Unfortunately a new threat is looming as a pack full of alpha werewolves comes to Beacon Hills with hopes of recruiting Derek into their group.

The new season of Teen Wolf also comes with plenty of new characters. Desperate Housewives stars Charlie and Max Carver will play twin alphas Ethan and Aiden. Gideon Emery, who has a long career as a video game voice actor, will play Deucalion, the leader of the alpha pack. Felisha Terrell will play Kali, another member of the pack. Finally, Adelaide Kane will play Cora, a 17-year-old with a connection to a Beacon Hills line of werewolves.

However, as previously reported, Colton Haynes won't be returning as Jackson for season 3, though his fans can now catch him on the CW's Arrow.

Unlike past seasons, Teen Wolf was picked up for 24 episodes in season 3, meaning even more action and excitement. So get ready for more alphas, more thrills and, more likely than not, a whole lot more shirtless teen werewolves.
