Supernanny is a British reality series featuring Jo Frost, a nanny who helps families with unmanageable children.

Each episode of Supernnany showcases Frost with the chosen household. She observes how the parents handle their children and analyzes the pitfalls. She uses a variety of methods that helps parents discipline their child and more importantly, maintaining order in their household. Moreover, she is notable for her positive encouragement and techniques emphasizing praise when it comes to potty training, problems with sleep and meal time, and other difficult child related tasks. For some number of days the parents try to put into practice Frost’s proposals, and she revisits them at the end of the program to help keep them on track for the future.

Supernanny is produced by Craig Armstrong and Nick Emmerson. It airs Wednesdays at 8:00 PM on ABC.
