Character: Danny Tripp

Danny Tripp is a director, and former STUDIO 60 employee (he was fired four years prior after clashing with executives), who takes over the STUDIO 60 show-running duties with friend Matt Albie. In the pilot, we learn that Danny has a history with drug problems.
