With all of the delays, multiple eliminations and more, it can be hard to keep track of So You Think You Can Dance season 9. Will these videos help? Keep reading to find out!

The first video is a look at the choreography that went into last week's performances.

  • The video has plenty of explanations from choreographer Mia Michaels.
  • The group number is based on the idea of long-distance relationships. Specifically, they're dancing about the way their love is limited and held back. Hence all the wires...
  • I've got to say, the whole Cirque du Soleil feel to this dance is pretty incredible.
  • This does seem to be a particularly talented and nice group of dancers.
  • Anyone else wondering exactly who, in past seasons, Mia Michaels didn't like?
  • Hopefully, if Mia Michaels likes this group so much, she will return to choreograph some more. That would be cool.

The second SYTYCD video deals with the Top 14 costuming. It is hosted by a costume specialist named Soyon.

  • I love eyelet fabric. It always looks good. Although the weird open skirts isn't the best.
  • Upside-down tuxedos apparently require special work.
  • Ah! Sammy is cute! Although I have my doubts about Sammy's sewing abilities.

The final video is a recap of the So You Think You Can Dance Top 14 episode:

Nigel begins the video by talking about the four eliminated dancers. His reasons?

  • Dareian: It actually sounds like Nigel was pretty happy about Dareian and his unexpected moves. So we still don't know what's up with his elimination.
  • Matthew: The dancer hasn't shown enough personality. I can see that.
  • Janelle: Nigel thought she overdid it on either the personality or the belly dancing or the hair. He wasn't too clear on this particular point.
  • Amelia: She didn't show enough character in the amusingly named "Butt Dance."

It is always cool the way the dancers seem to like each other and do not fall apart when eliminated.

So you're all caught up now, right? Hope so because the So You Think You Can Dance all-stars will be back to dance tonight at 8pm on FOX!
