Something big comes to an end on tonight's episode of
Smallville, and with that comes a war. On "Charade" tonight, we're going to witness yet another battle between Clark (Tom Welling) and Zod, and maybe even between Clark and Lois.
Check Out Last Week's "Upgrade" Recap: Metallo ReturnsIt all begins with Lois (Erica Durance) going undercover once again to investigate the case of ex-District Attorney Raymond Sacks. He's been given an early prison release, which she finds too suspicious for words. But when she confronts him, he threatens her with bullets.
In comes the Blur to save the day once again, but he's the one in even more danger. A delivery guy captures his rescue of Lois on film, and is hoping to sell the footage. Who else would pay huge money for that but Sacks himself?
Lois learns about the plot to expose the identity of the Blur and tells Clark about it. They soon work together in the hopes of thwarting the man from surrendering the photo. However, another threat obstructs their efforts.
"Charade" marks the introduction of Maxwell Lord, a wealthy tycoon who also has dealings with Checkmate. He's an agent of the organization, and is also trying to find out who the Blur really is. Since his mission is to eliminate our hero, he's bound to get in the way of Lois and Clark.

There's seriously going to be blood spilled tonight, because oh look Oliver's (Justin Hartley) back in action. Or non-action, if you looked at the clip closely.
Meanwhile, Chloe (Allison Mack) gets started on the trail of the other Blur. Using Watchtower, she soon finds out Zod's (Callum Blue) secret and helps Clark stop him before he gets to Lois. Check out the clip below.
