Here's the ABC promo for the move to Wednesdays. 




With that in mind, let's get on with the preview for tonight's episode of Scrubs.  "Our Driving Issues" will be focusing on two barely used characters in Winston University.  We aren't talking about Maya and Trang - although it'd be nice to see more of them - but Cole (Dave Franco) and Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins).

So far, I think it's good that Cole's ego has been tuned down a bit with the help of Lucy.  Still, that doesn't make me truly like him as a character.  I'm hoping that changes tonight, since he's faced with a possible threat to his health, and sense of self.

Cole and Kelso both undergo a series of routine tests and receive negative results.  With that thought looming over their heads, they need to depend on their friends for help.  Since they're not the type to have a wide circle of close acquaintances, it's going to be a toughie.

Student and teacher will need to tap into their inner nice guy and rein in the support of others to get them through their trial.  They'll soon learn the value of having friends, but maybe they won't have to look that far.  As we've seen before, these two get along pretty well already.  We might even catch them bonding in Kelso's "love nest" again.

Anyway, "Our Driving Issues" won't be driving away the State of the Union address.  The new Scrubs episode will be airing at 8pm, as the promo revealed, so no worries.  At least we're not getting the usual re-runs tonight.
