Tonight's episode of Scandal titled "A Criminal, a Whore, an Idiot and a Liar" further delves into the rigged election that James uncovered in Defiance. And who exactly is a criminal, a whore, and idiot an a liar?

There are also not only one, but two familiar faces from Shonda Rhimes' other show who will be guest-starring on Scandal.

Learning the Truth

In tonight's episode, is Olivia the subject of the episode title? At first, I thought those would be four separate people. But Olivia fits criminal, whore (hey, they said it) and a liar. But I wouldn't call her an idiot, so I'm not sure about that one.

The preview video shows Edison asking Olivia point blank whether he's the president's mistress.

Other notes from the video:

- It appears Edison at least knows that the Grant letter was forged because he says Olivia deceived the American people. But how does he find out? Does Olivia tell her (probably not) or does the media get win of it? (Probably yes).

- Olivia doesn't come out to deny the accusation. She just asks further questions, says she's tired and basically deflects saying "yes" or "no." That should give Edison his answer.

Guest Star Notes: From Seattle to Washington

He played Henry (RIP), the insured patient with a rare condition on Grey's Anatomy who fell in love with Teddy and left us all in tears when he died, and now Scotty Foley will be part of a "major arc" on Scandal, TV Line first reported.

It's not yet known who Foley will play, but after he played Henry, it's hard to imagine him being a ruthless political player. It's possible he could be part of the latest case Olivia Pope and Associates takes on. Or, he could even just be part of the flashback story.

I can't wait to hear more details emerge about his role. What kind of role would you like to see Scott Foley play?

Another Familiar Face

Another Grey's Anatomy alum (Rhimes really is loyal to her actors!) will appear on Scandal. On Grey's, Adam Shapiro played Pete, who died in the Season 6 finale. In Scandal, Shapiro will play Quinn Perkins' boyfriend, Jesse, who died in the bombing that Quinn was later accused of and then cleared.

So he'll be part of the flashbacks that further explain the back story. Shapiro is actually the husband of the actress who plays Quinn, Katie Lowes.
