Sharon Osbourne Sued Over 'Rock of Love: Charm School' Brawl
We weren't really rooting for Megan Hauserman on Rock of Love: Charm School, nor were we cheering her on as she caused trouble during the series' reunion special.   Sadly, it looks as though she's getting the last laugh.  If any of you remember what plagued reality TV screens back in December last year, you'll know what this is about.

Megan Hauserman sued the host of Rock of Love: Charm School, rock-and-roll veteran Sharon Osbourne, and it was filed last Monday in Los Angeles.  Osbourne was charged with battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.  Hauserman even requested a jury trial, and is suing to cover medical expenses, loss of earning potential and other punitive damages.
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

As many might know, it all began with Hauserman telling Osbourne that she was only famous for being the manager of “a brain-dead rock star,” referring to her husband, Ozzy Osbourne.  This provoked Sharon's wrath as she suddenly charged at Hauserman, yanking on her hair and scratching her during the taping of the VH1 show reunion episode.

According to the reality star's attorney, Warren J. Binder, “It's pretty hard to deny what happened on the video.”  Unfortunately for Sharon, the incident was caught on tape and was even broadcast on national TV.   Thanks to VH1, you can watch the clip below.

Because of the incident, the lawsuit states that Hauserman was “grievously and permanently injured and hurt in her health, strength and activity” as well as being “prevented from attending to any occupation in the future.”  That last statement is pretty vague though.  Is it because Sharon managed to pull out some of Hauserman's hair?

As with the last time this was mentioned, Sharon Osbourne and her publicists did not issue any comments on the matter.  The results of this lawsuit are yet to be seen, but it really doesn't seem likely for the whole incident to warrant a court case.  But whatever happens, we're with Sharon on this one.
