Things are heating up on Rock of Love Charm School. With only four ladies left, Heather decides it's time to turn on the other girls, calling out Brandi M. and Destiney for being liars and sluts. It's kind of hypocritical for an ex-stripper to do this, but Heather doesn't seem to mind.

Proving just how classy she is, Heather engages in a debate with Destiney over her various hook-ups while sitting on the toilet. That's right, Heather is on the toilet with the door open and having an argument with Destiney. It's an impressive bit of multi-tasking. Heather also targets Brandi M. for lying about being allergic to Megan's dog back at the start of the show.

The lesson for this week is to understand their images and how they are perceived by others. Each girl gets to make a t-shirt that expresses their personal image, and the winner's shirt will be sold in stores nationwide.

Lacey wants people to know about her work for animal rights and human rights, so her t-shirt has a heart-shaped Earth with the slogan “We Are One.” That is surprisingly clever and I think it may, for the first time on Rock of Love Charm School, show who Lacey really is. In addition, her black tank top features interlocking hands, one man and one dog.

Brandi M., on the other hand, is overwhelmed by all the graphic choices and settles on an octopus that she thinks is cool. She makes a grey hoodie with a bright orange octopus on the back, symbolizing her ability to “regrow” like an octopus' tentacles.

Destiney makes a blue t-shirt dedicated to her recently deceased father. On the front she has a guitar with angel wings, representing the fact that he's rocking out in Heaven, and on the back is a phoenix, representing her resurrection from the tragedy.

Heather clearly loves herself, so she just puts a giant photo of her on the red t-shirt, with an idea that she could come out with a new shirt every month showing whatever mood she has, because people would always be interested in how she's doing. This goes back to that delusion from a few weeks ago about her thinking she's an A-list celebrity.

The judges for this challenge are a couple of French t-shirt designers. They love Destiney's shirt and they think Brandi M.'s shirt is too nautical. They also object to the animal-human hands on Lacey's shirt and want two humans, clearly not getting the animal rights message. They also correctly mock Heather's opinion that people would want to buy a shirt with her face on it.

Destiney wins, and Heather has a huge hissy fit, calling her friend Sham to talk her into staying. Then she goes to Sharon and babbles incoherently for a while. The other three girls also sit with Sharon, and Brandi M. admits the allergy lie, but Sharon doubts the sincerity of her motives.

Destiney also claims that only having two sexual partners in the last six months leaves her at just 1 percent satisfaction. Sharon may not be a math whiz, but I am, and in order for Destiney to be 100 percent sexually satisfied, she would need to average more than one partner every day. So either Destiney doesn't understand the meaning of 1 percent, or she's a super big slut.

Rock of Love Charm School Elimination Time! Heather is still crazy, spending more time pointing fingers at everyone else than talking about herself, and Sharon expels her so she can go be a kick-ass girl in the real world.

Next week on Rock of Love Charm School: It's a clip show! When boiled down to only the coolest fights, I imagine it will make a hilarious hour of television.
