Television actor Corbin Bernsen was born on September 7, 1954. His most famous role is Arnold Becker on the hit 90s show L.A. Law. His other small screen projects include General Hospital, Seinfeld, Ryan’s Hope, and The Larry Sanders Show. Bernsen has earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for his acting efforts.
 
Henry Spencer is played by Corbin Bernsen on USA channel’s drama-comedy series Psych. Spencer is Shawn’s father, a retired police officer who encourages his son to develop his eidetic memory and improve his observation powers. He is proud of his son’s abilities, although he is disappointed with Shawn’s choice of profession.
