On tonight's episode of Prison Break, Sucre and Mahone work carefully and quietly underneath Gate Corporation in order to get closer to Scylla.  They'll eventually come to a room where the alarms will go off if there is any detection of movement, even breathing.  T-Bag takes pictures of Gretchen, dressed up as a sexy school girl.  Meanwhile, Sara fights to convince Michael that he needs to undergo surgery today.  The doctor has promises that he will not alert the authorities and his life is seriously at risk if he doesn't go through with it.  Michael finally agrees to have the surgery at 3pm today.  The General receives the picture message from Gretchen and immediately bails out on Lisa to meet up with her.

Sara walks Michael through the surgery, during which he will be awake the whole time. They're interrupted by Don, who checks in to make sure Michael is okay. He covers for himself, saying that he was dehydrated when he collapsed and chooses not to mention his medical condition. Michael walks everybody through the plan to get to Scylla: they'll have to break through two walls, one concrete and one glass, without making a sound. There are microphones everywhere as well as heat sensors. He has a hard time articulating himself because he is sick but Mahone jumps in to cover for him and the guys begin to formulate a plan.

When The General arrives, Gretchen takes his coat and searches it for his data card. He immediately knows what she's after and says that, after 63 years, he's shocked that his heart can still be broken. He pulls a gun on her and says that she's the mother of his child and she loves him. He lowers his gun and says that he never wants to see her again or he'll shoot her on sight. At Gate, T-Bag tries to pay Trish Ann to take her jacket off for him on her last day with the company. He gets as high as a thousand dollars before he is called away by his boss, who offers him a cruise (which leaves today) as a reward for making Gate a lot of money during his presentation. T-Bag turns it down, saying that he has some important business to attend to.
