Mark Cameron Wystrach, who was born on December 17, 1979 in Tucson, Arizona, is best known for playing Nicholas Foxworth Crane on NBC's Passions. He is the youngest of six children raised on a working cattle ranch in southern Arizona. His parents ran a local steakhouse and his sister, Alex Flannigan, is a sports reporter for ESPN. After receiving his degree from University of Arizona, Wystrach spent his time traveling to destinations such as Spain, Costa Rica and Norway. He also immersed himself in the nomadic life, surfing and performing as a street musician during his travels. He then settled in Southern California to study acting and pursue his acting career.
Nicholas Foxworth "Fox" Crane is played by Mark Cameron Wystrach in the soap opera, Passions. The only son and youngest child of Julian Crane and Ivy Winthrop, Fox was extremely spoiled and headstrong. He did not have a good relationship with his mother because she favored Ethan, her son with her true love Sam, over all her other children. This made Fox dislike Ethan very much. During his college years, Fox dropped out and gambled all his money to keep him occupied. He later saw in the news that Ethan was wed to Gwen Hotchkiss, and since he had no money left, decided to go home to Harmony.
