Will Nathan and Haley really move to Barcelona? What will happen to Alex? Will Clay save the day and win back Nathan? We won't know for sure but The CW has released a short promo trailer for the upcoming episode of One Tree Hill which will hopefully give us some clues. 
The 12th episode of One Tree Hill's seventh season, entitled "Some Roads Lead to Nowhere," finds Nathan and Haley preparing to leave Tree Hill for Barcelona. It also sheds light on the aftermath of Alex's suicide attempt--- which causes Brooke to struggle to accept Julian's reaction to the tragic event.  



It also looks like Skills is about to leave Tree Hill for good, while Mille downward spiral puts her and Mouth at a crossroads.

"Some Roads Lead to Nowhere" airs Monday, December 7 on The CW.
